Boat transport to the World Championship 2024

Should there be sufficient confirmed and paid for, interest, UKIDA are looking to arrange boat transport to the World Championships in Italy. Final details will not be known until we know who has confirmed (and paid) for a place on the lorry however the information below gives the parameters that we are looking to work within…
Loading and unloading will be arranged when the location of participants is known. For one lorry we will try to use a central location such as Datchet for loading, unloading and optional trailer storage. If there is demand for 2 lorries, then a Northern and a Southern pick up / drop off will be considered.
Cost
15 boats at £575 per boat
If more boats join you will get a refund making the cost:
16 boats at £540 per boat
17 boats at £510 per boat
18 boats at £480 per boat
Terms
The service is for UKIDA members and is on a strictly first come first served basis. The maximum number is 18 boats (per lorry) so please pay £575 now to reserve your place. If we have less than 15 boats on March 1st the service will be cancelled and you will get a full refund, leaving time to make alternative arrangements. If demand reaches 30 boats then UKIDA will seek to provide two lorries with 15 boats in each.
IMPORTANT: UKIDA members WILL already have a webcollect account and WILL have received emails on how to access it. PLEASE do not make a new account, if you are stuck please contact us and we will help you to log in. Booking will go live on web collect at 1200hrs (midday) Sunday 7th January 2024 on a first come (and paid) basis.
